Welcome to the Lodge Care Home
The home is set in a semi-rural area in walking distance to the town centre of Maldon. It is a grade II listed building which has retained some of its original features. The home is approached by a private road which is set in a conservation area and enjoys delightful views. It is surrounding by parkland and has its own secluded gardens.
The majority of the rooms are single with en-suite facilities but shared rooms are available for married couples. There are three lounge areas/dining areas. All residents are welcome to bring with them personal items of furniture for their personal rooms. In order to meet the needs of the residents the home provides specially adapted bathing facilities and moving and handling equipment for those less able.
The Individual Resident’s agreed Plan of Care provides the basis on which the Lodge’s care is delivered. We endeavour to meet the service users, social, emotional, cognitive, spiritual and, physical needs. The home upholds the service users “Charter of Rights.”
